Bookkeeping only
SheEarns organizes records for adult entrepreneurs and freelancers. It is not a CPA practice, tax preparer, filing service, IRS representative, tax-payment service or bank. It does not predict payable tax, approve deductions, guarantee refunds or give personalized tax/legal/investment advice.
Availability and pricing
New signups, free trials and paid enrollment are paused. Grandfathered accounts keep free access. Basic/Advanced are proposed future plans, not available purchases. Prices, renewal consent, cancellation, refunds and commercial terms must be finalized before enrollment opens.
Your responsibilities
Submit only authorized records. Check amounts, dates, currency, withholding, purpose and personal/business splits. Confirmed means reviewed by you, not IRS-verified. Bank transactions/receipts alone do not establish deductions. Avoid unnecessary identity numbers, bank credentials, children’s data and unrelated sensitive information.
Tax information and packets
Business-use allocation is bookkeeping, not a deduction. General IRS references and candidate Schedule C groups are for accountant review, not completed forms. Packets combine activities: your accountant must separate distinct businesses. 2025 form references are provisional for later years. Ask a qualified professional about federal/state/local obligations.
Exports and sharing
You control downloads and optional sharing. Link/password holders may download records and mixed receipts with personal items. Revocation/deletion stops future access, not existing downloads. Edits do not update snapshots. Keep independent source documents/backups; electronic records must remain legible/retrievable. The app does not authorize destruction of originals.
Recorded taxes and income
Receipt tax and income withholding are separate recorded amounts, not tax payable. Net may auto-fill gross minus entered withholding until edited; other deductions may change actual take-home pay. Account controls and export do not require payment.
Demo, AI and deletion
Demo data is fictional. Live AI is paused. Internet is required; offline changes are not queued. Confirmed account deletion removes primary data when cleanup succeeds; failures require retrying. Downloads and provider backups/logs are not recalled. Export first.
Launch prerequisites
These conditions are not a legally reviewed commercial contract. Operator identity/contact, jurisdiction, vendor terms, dispute arrangements and applicable privacy/security/subscription procedures require verification before enrollment reopens. Disclaimers do not waive statutory rights or certify compliance.
